OWL is an AI agent with specific strengths in software development and stock market monitoring. Once a user issues an instruction, the AI decomposes the task, executes necessary operations, detects errors or missing information, and loops autoregressively until the goal is achieved. The name 'OWL' reflects the image of a nocturnal owl observing silently and capturing its target, while also standing for:

- W: Work | Executing design, implementation, analysis, and organization.
- L: Learn | Improving from results to increase precision in subsequent cycles.
