Abeno Harukas Kintetsu Department Store will hold the 23rd 'Shikoku Four Prefectures Taste and Craft Fair' from Wednesday, June 3rd, to Tuesday, June 9th.

This event brings together the finest gourmet foods, local products, and traditional crafts from all four Shikoku prefectures, featuring a total of 55 food and craft vendors. The eat-in section will feature limited offerings such as a 'Western-style Sea Bream Rice' from Ehime, which fuses traditional culture with Western culinary techniques, and a 'Shikoku Satisfaction Udon' from Kagawa, topped with luxurious bounty from the sea and mountains. Furthermore, visitors can enjoy Shikoku's rich flavors, such as Kochi's 'Ryoma Tosa-maki' (tuna roll) made with straw-grilled bonito by artisans, and 'Cream Sandwiches' utilizing ingredients from Naruto, Tokushima.

Additionally, the fair focuses on the charm of Mitoyo City, Kagawa Prefecture, which is currently trending on SNS. Highlights include a photo spot reproducing the 'Chichibugahama' beach—often called Japan’s 'Uyuni Salt Lake'—popular sweets, and traditional crafts.
