Founded in Tobata Ward, Kitakyushu City in 1976, Sukesan has been warmly supported by many as a daily dining spot for 50 long years. We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude.

A convenient and casual place, a place you can visit in your everyday clothes, a place you can just drop by.

A place that is always there—on days when you are full of energy, on days when you are feeling sad, and on ordinary days.

A place to go with family, alone, or with friends. A place for everyone.
That is what Sukesan Udon is.

Just as it has been for the past 50 years, we want to continue being a place that stays close to your daily life.

The slogan for Sukesan's 50th anniversary is "Sukesan de iiyan." (It's fine to go to Sukesan.)

Some may perceive the phrase "Sukesan de iiyan" as implying a compromise, but that is not the case at all.

We believe that being told "It's fine to go to Sukesan" and being visited so casually is one of the greatest charms of Sukesan Udon.

For example, like saying, "What should we do for lunch?" "It's fine to go to Sukesan."
For example, like saying, "I'm hungry." "It's fine to go to Sukesan."
For example, like saying, "Should we stop somewhere?" "It's fine to go to Sukesan."

A place where you can hear "It's fine to go to Sukesan" in casual daily conversation is the very image of Sukesan Udon that we cherish.

We at Sukesan Udon want to continue being a place that stays close to your daily life and is worthy of being called "fine to go to," regardless of changing times or generations. We want to remain a place that, while not extraordinary, is always there for you.

We have poured these feelings into our 50th-anniversary slogan, "Sukesan de iiyan."

Throughout our 50th-anniversary year, we will proudly display this slogan as a message to all of you.
