Disconnection between drawings and equipment information

Previously, a dual operation was required where personnel would look at P&ID or layout drawings and then manually search for equipment IDs by opening equipment ledgers on a separate screen. The need to switch between drawings and ledgers repeatedly to check multiple pieces of equipment was a factor in reducing work efficiency.
