Biopharmaceutical Process Bags "Single-Use Bags, Powder Bags"
Our biopharmaceutical single-use process bag "TAILORED BAG™ for BIO," co-developed with equipment manufacturers, offers a wide lineup from 2D types (10mL~) to 3D types (up to 1,500L).
The powder bag "FULL-FLAT BAG®," which can be used for various applications such as temporary storage of powder raw materials, weighing, tank charging, and transfer, can reduce residual content to almost zero thanks to its unique mono-FLAT structure. Furthermore, it achieves complete domestic production, high quality, and short delivery times.
We also offer grades using "POLYELITE®" film, which is used in infusion bags and has low elution.
We are promoting the development of single-use bags in collaboration with Satake Multimix Corporation, a mixer manufacturer.
By optimizing equipment and packaging materials, we contribute to improving the stability and efficiency of biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
Infusion Bags
Our infusion bags use "POLYELITE®" film.
"POLYELITE®" film comes in grades with various characteristics, such as high transparency that makes it easy to check for changes due to drug compounding or foreign matter contamination, heat resistance to withstand sterilization, flexibility to facilitate discharge of internal solutions, and impact resistance to withstand drops.
We propose the optimal film according to the customer's application.
Cell Culture Dish "SSCW®"
We will exhibit the cell culture dish "SSCW®," jointly developed with Tokyo Women's Medical University and the Institute of Cell Sheet Regenerative Medicine.
This product features a polymer coating that facilitates cell detachment, allowing cells to be harvested intact.
Spouted Pouch "Cheer Pack®"
Since its launch in 1985, as a pioneer of spouted pouches, we have created new lifestyle scenes with various customers.
The spouted pouch "Cheer Pack®" continues to be renewed in pursuit of further possibilities.
