What is Sigma Force (Sigma Force)?

They are scientists trained to kill. Sharper than James Bond, twice as dangerous.

The symbol Σ (Sigma) is used in mathematics and represents the Greek letter sigma. It signifies the combination of all parts, the integration of different elements, and the sum of all things. For the U.S. Department of Defense, Sigma Force means a top-secret unit composed of former special forces soldiers. Elite individuals with genius-level IQs are assembled and receive specialized training in fields such as physics, geology, archaeology, botany, physiology, anthropology, electrical engineering, genetics, statistics, chemistry, and molecular biology. Members possess the highest physical capabilities and experience from special forces, combined with the intellect of genius scientists. The minds of geniuses and bodies of steel. The sum of human capabilities. That is Sigma Force. They are scientists trained to kill.

Origins and Mission of Sigma Force

Sigma Force operates under the jurisdiction of DARPA (the Defense Advanced Research Project Agency), which is responsible for research and development within the U.S. Department of Defense. DARPA's mission is to manage, direct, and protect new technologies and research. Their unwritten rule is to "be the discoverer." In a new world where scientific and technological advancement is prioritized over military might, knowledge is the true weapon. Dr. Sean McKnight proposed the necessity of personnel who possess knowledge of science and technology as well as military training, capable of securing and protecting classified technology with 100% accuracy, leading to the creation of Sigma Force. The core mission of this organization is investigation and acquisition. They are an off-the-books team sent into high-risk situations to protect U.S. interests, from national security to the acquisition of new technologies. Unlike Delta Force, which was founded as an anti-terrorist unit, Sigma Force was formed with the objective of protecting and maintaining U.S. superiority in the field of science and technology. Dr. McKnight, the founder of "Sigma Force—the United States must not fall behind other nations in technological advancement—" has been promoted to Director of DARPA, and the current commander of Sigma Force is Dr. Painter Crow. Painter Crow has a proven track record of bravely thwarting an attempt to hijack Sigma Force in the deserts of Oman.
