(Current Head Office: Hagi City, Yamaguchi Prefecture; Representative Director: Kazuhiko Nitta), will change its company name to "LFB Residential Co., Ltd.", relocate its head office to "Fukuoka Daimyo Garden City" in Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture, and appoint Yuta Okano as the new Representative Director and President, effective June 12, 2026 (Friday).

Futaba Real Estate Co., Ltd. has built a solid reputation by supporting the housing and living needs of the local community from its base in Hagi City, Yamaguchi Prefecture.

In recent years, in response to diversifying market needs, further strengthening the "ALL LIVING" (one-stop housing system) promoted by Tamura Bills Group, and looking ahead to the expansion of our business foundation in the Fukuoka and Kyushu areas, we have decided to undertake a major transformation.

By relocating our head office to Fukuoka City (within Fukuoka Daimyo Garden City), which is rapidly developing as a business hub for Kyushu and Asia, and by strengthening collaboration with each group company, we aim to maximize synergies, including those from real estate tech and advanced initiatives.

■ The Meaning Behind the New Company Name "LFB Residential"

The "LFB" in our new company name is derived from Tamura Bills Group's "LIFE FAN BOX." This name embodies our desire to deliver not only a "LIFE FUN" (enjoyable life) but also a wonderful life filled with fun and affection to everyone who is a "LIFE FAN" (loves their life), cherishing their individuality and rich time with family.

Building on the foundation of over 30 years of history as Futaba Real Estate, we have chosen the word "Residential" for our "second founding" and new start. While "Residential" means "housing" or "residence," we do not view it merely as a word describing a thing or a state.

Moving forward, through our core businesses of "New Housing Development (LFB New Housing)" and "Reformed Housing (LFB Reformed Housing)," we aim to proactively create and evolve our customers' homes and, beyond that, "the rich life of the future."
