It is Dassai's answer: a bottle crafted with the finest Yamada Nishiki polished to its extreme, utilizing the full extent of the brewers' skills, in homage to artists who pursue absolute beauty, sharpen their senses, and pour their passion into their work.
**Dassai Migaki Sono Saki e using Kitajima Rice 55,000 yen (tax included) (720ml)**
For this event, to create a sake that even seasoned Dassai fans would marvel at, we used sake rice (Yamada Nishiki) grown by Shoji Kitajima of Wing Amagi, a rice farmer from Fukuoka Prefecture, who is the only producer to have won the Grand Prix in the "Yamada Nishiki Project to Exceed the Best" in both 2020 and 2023. We have prepared a special bottle where you can savor the true essence of Dassai.
It offers an elegant and delicate aroma, a spreading sweetness and freshness reminiscent of fruit, a smooth mouthfeel, and a pleasant lingering finish—a truly special taste.
