The "Model Hygiene Facility" award is presented by the Kumamoto Prefecture Food Sanitation Association, which promotes the dissemination of knowledge regarding food sanitation and the improvement of hygiene management, to facilities that demonstrate particularly excellent hygiene conditions and serve as models for other establishments.

Our inn is located in Yunoko Onsen, Minamata City, the southernmost part of Kumamoto Prefecture, and is a hot spring inn with all rooms offering an ocean view overlooking the Shiranui Sea.

We offer cuisine that utilizes the seafood caught in the Shiranui Sea and local mountain produce, along with spectacular sunset views selected as one of Japan's Top 100 Sunsets.
