Asanuma Corporation Integrates Multiple Construction Site Systems into a Unified Platform

Asanuma Corporation (Headquarters: Naniwa-ku, Osaka; President: Makoto Asanuma) has decided to consolidate its previously fragmented construction site management systems into the 'Construction Site Series' platform, provided by MCD3 Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President: Masao Iida). This initiative aims to streamline site operations and promote digital transformation (DX). By integrating existing labor safety documentation, work site adjustment systems, and internal qualification management (currently paper-based) into this shared platform, Asanuma expects to leverage the vast data within their existing 'Green Site' system, thereby eliminating redundant data entry and drastically improving operational efficiency.

Previously, the company utilized multiple DX services for site management, while the 'Asanuma Meister' qualification for partner firm workers was still handled via paper. This resulted in increased operational burdens for subcontractors, fragmented data, and inefficient workflows.

To fundamentally solve these issues, Asanuma will utilize the MCD3 'Construction Site Series'—which they already use for the 'Green Site' labor safety document system—as the central platform. They will now incorporate the 'Work Site' adjustment system and the 'Skill Map Site' for managing 'Asanuma Meister' qualifications. Very few companies in the industry have standardized on a single platform, making this a significant step for site productivity.

By leveraging the unique and accurate company/worker data in 'Green Site,' this information will be automatically shared with the 'Work Site' and 'Skill Map Site.' This eliminates the need to input data into multiple systems. Furthermore, unlike methods using API-based integration, this unified approach fundamentally prevents issues like double entry, synchronization lag, or data fragmentation.

As the vendor for these services, MCD3 plans to continue evolving the platform around 'Green Site,' including AI-based automated checks for labor documents and smartphone apps connecting general contractors with workers.

Asanuma aims to begin the phased rollout of 'Work Site' and 'Skill Map Site' in April 2026 and achieve implementation across all construction sites within the 2026 fiscal year.
