DoubleTree by Hilton Toyama Launches Seasonal Lunch Styles: Weekend Buffet & Weekday Course

DoubleTree by Hilton Toyama (Location: Shintomi-cho, Toyama City; General Manager: Manabu Maruyama) will launch its summer lunch menu at the 2nd-floor all-day dining restaurant 'korare WINE AND DINE' on Monday, June 1, 2026. On weekends, we will offer a varied lunch buffet for all ages, while weekdays will feature a lunch course where guests can easily enjoy the chef's signature dishes.

Weekend Gourmet Lunch Buffet 'Summer World Cruise'
Under the theme of a 'cruise,' we have gathered dishes from around the world, from Europe to Asia. The menu includes diverse items such as French Croque Monsieur, Greek Moussaka, Indian Butter Chicken Curry, and Vietnamese fresh spring rolls. For the braised pork belly in tomato sauce, we luxuriously use 'Toyama Pork,' a brand pork raised in the rich nature and clear water of the Tateyama Mountain Range. The flavorful pork belly is slowly simmered to perfection.

Enjoy a special moment as if traveling the world with every bite. A highlight is the live station where you can fully experience the journey with all five senses. Pasta finished inside a large wheel of Parmigiano Reggiano offers the rich aroma and taste of freshly made pasta. We also serve juicy, tender roast beef carved right in front of you by the chef. In the popular dessert corner, we offer a lineup of 8 items perfect for summer, including melon jelly, ice cream (vanilla, matcha, mango), and coffee jelly. You can enjoy them slowly with coffee or tea until the end of your meal.
