Rakuhaibin System Co., Ltd. was established on April 15, 2026, to develop a 'Delivery OS' using optimization patents to reduce redeliveries and improve last-mile efficiency. The company is developing 'Rakuhaibin,' a platform connecting traditional delivery networks with food delivery fleets via API. By allowing consumers to request delivery only when they are at home ('on-demand receiving'), it aims to completely eliminate redeliveries. This model is expected to solve structural challenges like the handling of refrigerated goods, driver shortages, and CO2 emissions. Initial trials will begin in the Osaka area.
