② Kanazawa Confectionery Woodblock Museum (2F)
Approximately 1,000 types of woodblocks and confectionery vessels used in confectionery making since the Edo period are displayed together, allowing you to visually experience the 400-year history of Kanazawa's confectionery culture.

④ Rakugan Making Experience (2F)
You can experience making rakugan by hand using actual woodblocks. After the experience, you can enjoy matcha tea with your handmade rakugan, and take home the remaining rakugan in a small decorative box as an original souvenir.

You can enjoy a special 3-tiered bento from "Kifune" in Kazue-machi, a highly popular restaurant in Kanazawa. The seasonal menu, featuring approximately 30 items, changes daily. Includes dessert sweets and matcha tea.
