Oukazu Takahashi

(General Affairs Department Supervisor,合同会社DMM.com)

Joined Onward Kashiyama Co., Ltd. after graduating from university. Assigned to the Head Office HR Department, where he was primarily responsible for system planning and labor affairs. In 2008, he transferred to the Head Office General Affairs Department, handling not only general affairs but also BPR and BPO. In 2016, he moved to Tri-Stage Inc., where he was responsible for legal affairs and part of the information systems domain in addition to general affairs, gaining a comprehensive understanding of back-office workflow. In 2019, he moved to合同会社DMM.com and took charge of the General Affairs Department. Since 2022, he has also participated in regional revitalization projects, and from 2023, he has concurrently managed the General Affairs Department of合同会社EXNOA, where he remains today. In his private life, he has been hosting a community exclusively for general affairs personnel for seven consecutive years.

Shinzo Kuzushi

(Vice President, Nippon Soken Inc. / President, Nippon Soken Trust Technologies Inc.)

Graduated from Komazawa University, Faculty of Law, Department of Political Science in 2001, and has been in his current position since then. He is a risk management expert who redefines non-life insurance not merely as a cost, but as a financial product that leverages capital. He advocates for logical insurance structuring and operation from the perspective of client companies, addressing the overwhelming information asymmetry with insurance companies and unfair business practices such as unilateral price increases and coverage reductions faced by many mid-to-large enterprises. He leads essential risk transfer directly linked to corporate financial strategy, by eliminating simple price comparisons and precedent-based procurement processes. He has established his position as a risk manager who correctly grasps the management reality and utilizes insurance with financial logic. Appointed Vice President in 2026.
