BEYOND COFFEE ROASTERS has transitioned into a corporate entity named Bun Co., Ltd. (located in Kobe, Hyogo Prefecture; CEO: Daisuke Kimura) and shifted to a new organizational structure. Building on our established business experience, we will now operate as F|B and fully expand into new business ventures, including the import and sale of alcoholic beverages.

F|B's predecessor, BEYOND COFFEE ROASTERS, has been roasting, manufacturing, and selling specialty coffee in Kobe. Prioritizing quality, we have been fortunate to work with diverse domestic and international clients since our inception. Despite being in a regional city, we have grown into a shop where a large portion of our visitors are international travelers.

This incorporation was carried out to strengthen our management structure and expand our liquor business, centered on our self-imported brand 'Holzer Original.' This marks a new milestone for us to deliver products and services more consistently and stably.

[Concepts embedded in F|B]
Leading up to the establishment of the corporation in January 2026, we have been implementing various changes since late last year. We are pleased to announce these changes now that the store exterior/interior updates, the name change, and the transfer of permits have been completed.

The name 'F|B' is derived from the initials of 'Fernet' and 'BEYOND,' expressing our desire for customers to enjoy both our spirits and coffee divisions equally. It also represents the initials of 'Fernet Beyond,' a coffee liqueur released in 2014 to commemorate the 10th anniversary of BEYOND COFFEE ROASTERS. This product, while manufactured as a Japan-limited edition, has gained popularity as a high-quality coffee liqueur with offers coming from various countries.

Furthermore, our self-imported spirit 'Holzer Original' underwent rebranding from 'Fernet Hunter' last year. Based in Hong Kong, it has expanded across Asia and into Europe and America, starting with its country of manufacture, Austria. It is now featured in cocktail bars worldwide.

The label (etiquette) was created by 'ortner' based in Linz, Austria, with a design that embodies the brand concept. The F|B store exterior is modeled after this Holzer Original label.

Allow us to re-introduce Holzer Original.

Sourced from botanicals gathered in the deep forests of Brunnwald, Austria, and blessed with Alpine spring water, Holzer Original is named as a tribute to the history of liqueur production passed down through the generations of current representative Raphael Holzer's great-grandfather. It is a botanical liqueur characterized by a uniquely transparent finish. With a beautiful balance of floral aroma, sweetness, and bitterness, it is described as a 'new interpretation of herbal spirits.' We handle the import due to our long-standing relationship with Mr. Raphael.

And shortly, the first imported goods under the name of Bun Co., Ltd. will arrive.

'Holzer Original Cacao' (formerly Fernet Hunter Cacao), which we will introduce as one of our main products, is an upcycled product that reuses cacao husks collected from the Hong Kong craft chocolate brand 'Conspiracy Chocolate.' It is finished as a bottle where you can feel a subtle roasted aroma and rich texture while retaining the delicate liquidity that is the greatest feature of Holzer Original. At F|B, it plays an active role as a base for Espresso Martinis and Sidecars.

Furthermore, Holzer Original Cacao is a co-developed product with 'Bar Leone' (Hong Kong), which was ranked No. 1 in 'The World’s 50 Best Bars 2025.' In Europe, it won 'Neues Barprodukt des Jahres' (New Bar Product of the Year) in 2025 from the award organized by mixology magazine in Berlin.

Additionally, as a new release, 'Holzer Original Barrel' is a limited quantity item made by aging Holzer Original in barrels. It blends base spirits aged in various types of barrels, such as bourbon and cognac barrels, achieving a perfect harmony of botanical and vanilla aromas.
