About the Health and Productivity Management Outstanding Organization Program:
The Health and Productivity Management Outstanding Organization certification system is a relatively new program that began in 2017. The Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) and the Nippon Kenko Kaigi jointly certify excellent corporations practicing health management as "Health and Productivity Management Outstanding Organizations." There are categories for large corporations and small-to-medium enterprises, each evaluated based on the results of a health management survey. Certification is expected to bring various benefits, such as improving the corporate brand image, securing excellent human resources, improving employee retention rates, and increasing productivity. Being certified seven times in 2018, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026 signifies that the company has practiced high-level health management continuously since the program's inception, indicating that the company's progressiveness and stability are very highly evaluated.
