◆Background of Product Development

Imperial Hotel Kitchen's concept is "The Taste of Imperial Hotel at Home." To date, we have released a wide variety of products, including appetizers, soups, main dishes, and desserts.

Last year, our "French Toast," launched with a focus on breakfast scenes, has been very well received by a wide range of customers, from those with discerning tastes who want to enjoy a hotel breakfast easily at home, to those who enjoy it as a "dessert" by adding whipped cream and fruit.

In recent years, as food diversity continues to increase, we will deliver a dish that will brighten your dining table for any occasion. We will launch "Quiche Lorraine," a frozen product that can be enjoyed at any time of day, not only as a main dish for breakfast or lunch, but also as a side dish to enjoy with wine for dinner, in November.

"Imperial Hotel Quiche Lorraine" 170g

We have created a charming product, unique to the hotel, based on "Quiche Lorraine," a traditional home-style dish originating from the Lorraine region of France.

It is made by pouring a mixture of fresh cream, eggs, and cheese over a tart crust filled with bacon and sautéed onions, and then baking it slowly.

Please enjoy this quiche, rich with the umami of bacon and onions.

Serving suggestion

It can be easily prepared by heating it in a microwave.

Furthermore, by heating it in a toaster oven, you can enjoy the crispy texture of the crust.

It will be available at the Imperial Hotel Tokyo hotel shop "Gargantua," the "Online Shop," as well as department stores, mail order, and supermarkets.
