The Chiyoda Dormitory, which had been in use for 39 years, has undergone reconstruction to address its aging infrastructure and incorporate the latest equipment. The residential room area has been expanded to approximately three times the previous size, and private water facilities have been installed in each room to ensure ample privacy and a comfortable living space. Convenience has been enhanced with features like delivery boxes, and building performance has been improved in terms of seismic resistance, insulation, and soundproofing. Furthermore, a solar power generation and storage system has been introduced, making the building environmentally conscious and disaster-resilient.
