Opening Our Final New Store, "Beef Kitchen Stand Hanare"

Yakko Dining Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture; President: Takeshi Matsumoto) will open its final new store, "Beef Kitchen Stand Hanare," on July 1, 2026 (Wed) at Yokohama West Exit Ichibangai, a yokocho facility located a 5-minute walk from Yokohama Station West Exit.

Yokohama West Exit Ichibangai is scheduled to close its operations on September 30, 2026 (Wed).

The operating period will be a mere approximately 3 months.

This is the "Final New Store" to mark the end of the 5.5-year history of Yokohama West Exit Ichibangai, which was visited by approximately 20,000 customers monthly.

Normally, facilities with a decided closure date see a reduction in stores or withdrawals.

However, precisely because it is the end, we want to take on a challenge.

Instead of "doing nothing because it's ending," we want to "continue to create new value until the very end."

With that sentiment, we decided to open "Beef Kitchen Stand Hanare."

The moment you break the egg yolk and the golden color coats the Wagyu, that is the completion of this dish.

Additionally, we will offer limited-time menu items only available at this store, such as "Wagyu Yakiniku Potatosara," where you can enjoy it by breaking the soft-boiled egg.
