With this service, our "Certified Vacant Home Manager" will conduct monthly regular patrols of the property on behalf of families who have a vacant family home and continue to manage it from afar. After the patrol, photos and comments from the site will be recorded in the dedicated app "Akiya Kanri Connect" and reported monthly. For those who find the app inconvenient, we also support reporting via LINE and email. We aim to prevent deterioration of vacant homes and neighborly disputes before they occur, and to support the reduction of burden on families.

They will professionally check 10 important exterior items, such as the condition of plants, cracks in exterior walls, whether gates are locked, and the presence of illegal dumping. In the unlikely event that repairs, tree cutting, or demolition work are necessary, you can consult with us directly.

Monthly Photo Reports via Dedicated App or LINE

After the patrol, photos and comments from the site will be recorded in the dedicated app "Akiya Kanri Connect" and reported monthly. You can check the condition of your family home anytime from your smartphone, allowing you to grasp the situation while reducing the burden of returning home. Installation of Management Signboard and Acting as First Point of Contact for Neighborly Issues

Our management signboard will be installed at the property to clearly indicate to the surroundings that it is a "regularly managed house," thereby enhancing crime prevention. The signboard will display our contact information, and in the event of any inquiries from neighbors regarding concerns, we will first respond politely as the primary point of contact. This reduces the psychological and time burden on families who would otherwise have to deal with it directly.
