Yamagata Pudding, a pudding specialty store operated by YS Corporation, a group company of Koyo Holdings, will present its 2026 season's first 'Fresh Cherry Pudding' and its shop-only 'Yamagata Fruit Mix Pudding' at the '25th Yamagata Benibana Road Product and Tourism Exhibition' held at Yokohama Takashimaya from May 27 (Wed) to June 2 (Tue), 2026.

■ 'Fresh Cherry Pudding' featuring Yamagata-grown 'Beni-sayaka'
Selected Yamagata 'Beni-sayaka' cherries are used in this dessert for adults, featuring a fresh sweet-and-sour taste paired with the rich, elegant sweetness of the pudding.

■ Rare shop-only item 'Yamagata Fruit Mix Pudding'
A jewel-box-like pudding offering diverse textures through La France compote and cherry honey-marinated fruits. This is the first time it will be released at a limited event.
