Notice Regarding the Acquisition of Shares (Subsidiary Status) of Magic Hand Co., Ltd. and Two Group Companies

Kase Fudosan Katsuyo Co., Ltd. (Location: Shin-Yokohama, Kohoku-ku, Yokohama; Representative Director: Hiroshi Tanima) announced today, May 13, 2026, that it has acquired all shares of Magic Hand Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Unane, Takatsu-ku, Kawasaki; Representative Director: Seiji Tagawa) and its group companies, GODHAND Co., Ltd. and Slight Hand Co., Ltd. (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Magic Hand Group"), making them subsidiaries.

With this acquisition, the Magic Hand Group will operate under our studio business division, accelerating the development of a "Total Location Solution" centered on providing filming locations.

Through "Kase no Rokehan" (https://studio.kasegroup.co.jp/), we have been providing studios and filming locations for various shooting scenes. In recent years, with the diversification of demand for video content, the needs for filming locations have shifted from simply "providing space" to "convenience including peripheral support."

Magic Hand Group possesses industry-leading technical capabilities and achievements in the setup and rental of synthetic screens, backdrops, and lighting screens, and has led many high-quality projects to date.

By welcoming the Magic Hand Group into our studio business division, we aim to create the following synergies:

1. **Expansion of Services and Enhancement of Added Value**
By integrating the Magic Hand Group under our studio business division, we will package peripheral functions such as equipment rental in addition to location provision. Furthermore, by leveraging the group's strength in completing everything from sewing to flame-retardant processing and cleaning within its own group, we will significantly reduce the burden on production teams.

2. **Mutual Utilization of Sales Network and Connections**
We will share the customer networks that both companies have built to accelerate cross-selling and expand market share.

3. **Optimization of Management Resources**
By integrating back-office functions and sharing know-how, we will enhance the overall management efficiency of the group and strengthen our competitiveness in a rapidly changing market environment.

Following this acquisition, Yoshiro Koishii will assume the position of new Representative Director of the Magic Hand Group. Seiji Tagawa, the former Representative Director, will continue to provide advice based on his many years of accumulated specialized skills and knowledge, supporting the new structure from behind the scenes.
Our group, while leveraging the knowledge and technology cultivated by the management and employees of the Magic Hand Group, will work as one team to begin building a digital platform for seamless location booking and equipment arrangement. By providing an environment where filming staff can "focus more on creativity," we will contribute to the development of Japan's video industry.

There are no plans to change the trade name or relocate the Magic Hand Group as a result of this acquisition.
