Kyowa Dengyo Co., Ltd. (President and CEO: Kohei Shimozumi) will launch the Multi Digital Telemeter MT-100 series on July 6, 2026. This product is a telemetry system for strain measurement that can receive data from four transmitters with a single receiver. While retaining the ultra-compact and high-centrifugal force design of the previous model (MRS-100 series), it realizes multi-point wireless measurement in various fields with significantly improved functions such as high-temperature resistance.

Key Features

1. Wireless connection for 4 measurement points with one receiver

Data from four transmitters can be received by a single receiver, enabling multi-point wireless measurement with a simpler configuration than before. Furthermore, it supports synchronized operation, allowing measurement of up to 16 transmitters with up to 4 receivers.

2. High-temperature resistance

The heat resistance of the transmitter has been improved to 100°C. Stable measurements can be taken in environments requiring heat countermeasures, such as near engines or in casting plants.

3. Enhanced output and control functions

In addition to analog output, digital outputs such as CAN/CAN FD output and error output for linkage with PLCs have been added to strengthen cooperation with higher-level equipment.

4. Improved ease of use in the field

The adoption of cup terminals for the transmitter has improved sensor wiring work. Additionally, the addition of status LEDs to the transmitter and enhanced display and setting functions of the receiver make it easier to check and set equipment status in the field.
