What is the Grand Cru Series of Modern Buddhist Altars? While the share of stylish and affordable furniture-style Buddhist altars is increasing, there has been no modern Buddhist altar in the industry specifically for the affluent. The Grand Cru Series is a masterpiece that can truly be called the pinnacle of modern Buddhist altars, created using the highest quality materials and first-class techniques to meet this demand.

The first product, "Prova," was born from a collaboration with Matsuoka Furniture Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Fuchu City, Hiroshima Prefecture), a luxury furniture manufacturer for affluent overseas customers. It features a transparent design, like a curio case, lavishly adorned with sycamore, a high-grade material.

Using a special technique called "Kosen-bari" (ray貼り), a radial pattern reminiscent of a halo is drawn in the main Buddha space, and the dais expresses a shining space with glass gradation. Other Buddhist altars exceeding 10 million JPY, produced by a luxury Italian furniture manufacturer, are also scheduled to be exhibited in the Grand Cru Series.
