The wisteria flowers, bathed in light, will float in the night sky, creating a magical atmosphere different from daytime. During the illumination period, Fukushima Prefecture's first "Umbrella Firefly Event" will be held. Guests can enjoy fantastic photo opportunities while strolling through the garden with glowing Japanese umbrellas (2,000 yen / 30 minutes). It boasts a vast area of approximately 100,000 tsubo (about 7 Tokyo Domes) where visitors can enjoy seasonal flowers. In spring, cherry blossoms are followed by wisteria, azaleas, peonies, roses, and water lilies, adorning the garden with vibrant colors. Among them, the over 80-meter-long wisteria trellis, designated as a natural monument of Motomiya City, fascinates visitors with its cascading flower clusters during its peak bloom. In autumn, over 400 maple trees envelop the entire garden, showcasing different expressions with each season.
