Corporate Transformation Creation Co., Ltd., which has supported organizational and talent development for more than 200 companies over the past 25 years, has announced that it has begun developing a career development platform by fundamentally overhauling its existing assessment system and greatly improving usability. The platform will implement the company’s proprietary “Seven Layers Model” to visualize individual capabilities and market value, which often remain black boxes, through objective indicators. Through the platform, the company aims to create a new environment in which both companies and individuals can make optimal, data-driven decisions. To fund development, the project will launch a crowdfunding campaign on CAMPFIRE from May 15, with a target amount of 3 million yen. Corporate Transformation Creation says the new “capability and career development platform” will visualize each employee’s strengths, growth level, stress condition, and market value, connecting those insights to learning and development. Based on knowledge gained from analyzing talent data for more than one million people over more than 25 years, the company has provided mechanisms to reduce the “invisible anxieties” of executives, HR professionals, and growth-minded businesspeople. In Japan, many businesspeople have strong abilities but do not understand their own strengths, cannot feel their growth, or feel anxious about their future careers. The company has spent more than 25 years working with talent in corporate settings, measuring and developing capabilities, market value, and growth potential. However, its support has so far reached only around 200 companies. To bring this knowledge to more companies and individuals, it has decided to open its accumulated talent data and expertise as a platform usable by both organizations and individuals. Key features include market value visualization through the proprietary Seven Layers Model, which analyzes human capabilities through seven foundations based on body, mind, and skills. Users will be able to see at a glance their strengths and weaknesses across 10 basic business capabilities, their position compared with the average businessperson, and an estimated annual income calculated from capability scores. The platform will also automatically analyze “condition and mindset,” which are directly linked to productivity, including stress levels, factors that hinder productivity, venture mindset, and behavioral and thinking tendencies based on five psychological factors. In addition, it will provide learning and co-creation content linked to diagnostic results, including recommended books, seminars, and company-specific development content. Unlike conventional aptitude tests, the company’s market value measurement test, described as an assessment of integrated human capability, objectively and scientifically clarifies abilities directly tied to performance, from personality traits to health maintenance, conceptualization ability, interpersonal ability, information-related ability, and other functional and professional capabilities. Conventional aptitude tests have tended to emphasize personality-oriented aspects such as certain feelings, traits, or orientations, often leaving users unsure how to interpret or act on the results. This test instead focuses primarily on measurable capabilities, making integrated talent value clear through objective numerical outputs. The current system has issues such as questions that are difficult to answer, a high testing burden, low visibility of analysis results, and insufficient post-diagnosis learning content. The new platform is expected to expand the types of tests, improve the UI for a smoother testing experience, provide analysis reports that make issues clear at a glance, and enrich learning content after diagnosis. Through the platform, individuals will deepen self-understanding and grow proactively, while companies will be able to use talent data for placement, development, and organizational improvement. The company aims to help organizations raise both employee motivation and performance, and is asking interested companies and individuals to support the crowdfunding campaign. President and CEO Satoshi Fujita commented: “Any talent can bloom by increasing the resolution of the ‘mind,’ the core of the capability structure, namely vision and mission. Through this platform, we hope to create a society where as many people as possible are filled with aspiration and a sense of mission, starting from self-understanding.”
