'REQUIES first bloom' is a completely private, single-building rental villa nestled on a small hill in Kawazu Town, part of the 'Izu Peninsula' designated as a UNESCO Global Geopark in 2018, overlooking the gently flowing Kawazu River below. It is equipped with a pool (7m), sauna, jacuzzi, hot spring, and full laundry facilities. With a contactless system, guests can enjoy an extraordinary stay, forgetting their daily routine without any interference from arrival to departure.

The facility name 'REQUIES' is derived from the Latin word for 'rest' and 'repose.' Just as beautiful music requires rests, life also needs moments of 'stillness'—we propose a peaceful time away from the daily hustle, simply surrendering to nature.

The completely private space is equipped with a pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and hot spring. Swim in the water, deeply refresh in the sauna, then warm up from the core in the open jacuzzi. Without worrying about others' eyes, you can indulge your five senses to your heart's content at your own pace.
