## Background
The rapid evolution of generative AI has significantly expanded the methods of expressing spatial proposals. Even in the production of floor plans and perspectives, which previously required advanced specialized skills and time, the utilization of AI is creating an environment where younger generations can more easily materialize their ideas.
On the other hand, opportunities for young creators to present their works with a practical perspective remain limited. This competition was planned as an opportunity to re-evaluate AI-utilized spatial proposals based on practical assessment criteria and to connect the ideas and processes of young creators with the industry.
Through judging and feedback, the competition aims to provide young creators with practical learning and career connections, and to offer companies and practitioners new ideas and encounters with talent.
## Competition Features
### Evaluation of the AI utilization process
Not only the completed visuals, but also how AI was utilized to visualize ideas, the trial and error during the production process, and creative expressions will be evaluated.
### Total prize money of 1.5 million yen, free participation
A total prize fund of 1.5 million yen, including a grand prize of 1 million yen, has been set. Participation is free, and individuals or groups under 25, regardless of whether they are students or working professionals, can apply.
### Public final judging session for finalists
Six finalists who pass the primary screening will present at the final judging session held on Saturday, June 20, 2026, on the 47th floor of Shinjuku Sumitomo Building. The judging will be conducted publicly, involving presentations including Q&A with the judges. Finalists will receive direct feedback from the judges.
## Theme
"Office" — Beyond the conventional, for a desire to work.
As AI continues to change the way we work, the value and role of offices are being re-examined. With the spread of remote work and the accelerated transformation of tasks by AI, what is the meaning of "a place where people still gather"? This competition seeks spatial proposals that are not bound by traditional office concepts.
