Background of Company Name Change

Since our founding, we have operated as a community-based real estate company, primarily providing services for real estate sales and brokerage. In recent years, we have expanded our business to include custom-built homes and rental properties, in addition to speculative housing sales. To express our determination to grow into a company that provides even broader value based on the trust we have built, we are changing our company name to "Yamae Real Estate Co., Ltd.," which bears the group's name.
