❖ Event Attendance Instructions

From 11:00 on the event day, winning customers will receive an 'Entry Ticket with Assigned Number' and 'Benefit Ticket' at the B2F register of Village Vanguard Shibuya Main Store.

Please present the following two items at check-in:

1. Purchase history from the Village Vanguard online store (email screen)

2. Valid ID with full name

※ Tickets will only be issued upon verification of both items.

※ One 'Entry Ticket with Assigned Number' and one 'Benefit Ticket' per person.

※ Entry numbers are assigned randomly, not by order of arrival.

※ Ticket holders must gather near the B2F staircase 20 minutes before the event. Entry will be in number order.

※ Late arrivals will lose their number and be placed at the end of the line.

❖ Important Notes for Event Entry & Participation

・Customers using overseas proxy shopping services (e.g., Buyee) are not eligible for event participation. Please note in advance.

・Customers who purchase through overseas proxy shopping services (such as Buyee) are not eligible to participate in the event.

You are welcome to purchase the products; however, event participation is not available for these purchases.

・Multiple purchases by the same customer do not allow multiple entries.

・Any detected multiple entries will result in disqualification.

・Event and benefit tickets are valid only for the winner.

・Recording, filming, and photography are prohibited.

・Gathering, drinking, or violent behavior near the venue is prohibited.

・Performers may wear masks for infection control.

・Inquiries about the event will not be accepted at the store.
