Work Academy and Kintetsu HR Partners Sign Business Collaboration Agreement

Work Academy Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Osaka City, Kita Ward, Representative Director: Hiroo Oishi, hereinafter "Work Academy"), which develops career support, AI/DX education, and recurrent education support, has signed an agreement for business collaboration in the human resources referral business with Kintetsu HR Partners Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Osaka City, Naniwa Ward, President: Hiroyuki Naito, hereinafter "Kintetsu HR Partners"), which handles human resources services for clients including the Kintetsu Group.

Through this collaboration, a system will be established to introduce and propose young domestic human resources cultivated through Work Academy's various schools and recurrent education support to each company within the Kintetsu Group (approximately 120 companies in Japan) via Kintetsu HR Partners.

By providing comprehensive support from education to employment and retention, we aim to revitalize the Osaka/Kansai region with young people as the main players.

Background of Business Collaboration: From Over 10 Years of Trust to Creating "Stages for Success" for Young People

Work Academy and Kintetsu Real Estate Co., Ltd. have jointly promoted the creation of learning environments and regional revitalization in Kansai for over 10 years since the opening of "Abeno Harukas," a landmark in Osaka, through the planning and operation of "Harukas University" (https://harudai.jp/), a citizen's university and university collaboration hub located within the building.
