From among approximately 50,000 companies listed on the job-hunting support service 'OneCareer', it honors companies that have received particularly high evaluations from students regarding recruitment events (internships/information sessions/formal selection processes). This year, in response to an increase in the number of reviews posted due to user growth, the regional categories have been subdivided, and a new ranking summarizing review scores from science and engineering students has been established. As a result, companies will be selected across a total of 9 rankings, an increase of 4 from last year. Furthermore, continuing from last year, to ensure fairness, the winning companies were determined through screening by the 'Review Awards Council', which includes external experts.
