Starting from the "quantity and quality" of talent pool formation, we will delve into how to optimize initial contact with students, such as scouting, seminar design, and recruitment of STEM students. From the perspective of HR service providers who daily face corporate recruitment, we will organize effective measures to attract students similar to a company's target.

Day 2 Theme: Challenges in Offer Acceptance and Increasing Intent
This session will cover communication during the selection phase, such as assessment in interviews, preventing selection rejections, and follow-up with offer recipients. Students who have completed job hunting will also speak, introducing specific examples of how to increase candidate interest through "dialogue."
