## Announcement of "XEX Summer Buffet 2026"

Wise Table Corporation, the operator of the XEX brand and Italian restaurants such as SALVATORE CUOMO (President: Mutsuo Funabiki, Headquarters: Akasaka, Tokyo), is excited to announce the launch of the XEX Summer Melon Buffet, starting on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, across four locations: XEX ATAGO GREEN HILLS, XEX TOKYO, XEX Nihonbashi, and XEX WEST.

### All-You-Can-Eat Seasonal Melons and Sweets
This buffet features an abundance of fresh, juicy green melon and rich, aromatic red melon. Guests can also enjoy a variety of melon-themed desserts, including melon shortcake, melon panna cotta, melon soda jelly, and Yubari melon cookie choux.

In addition, the buffet offers rotating seasonal sweets. From May 27 until mid-July, the "Pink Menu," themed around peaches, will feature delicacies like peach terrine, peach and apple mousse, and white peach roll cake. From mid-July onwards, the menu will transition to the "Tropical Menu," featuring mango and pineapple-themed treats such as mango terrine, mango and pineapple mousse, and mango roll cake.

### Authentic Italian Cuisine
Beyond desserts, the buffet features authentic Italian dishes, including freshly baked pizzas, pasta, risottos, appetizers, and house-made roast beef. Guests can enjoy these delicacies in the sophisticated atmosphere characteristic of XEX locations in Tokyo and Osaka.

### Limited "Neve" Dessert at XEX TOKYO and XEX Nihonbashi
Exclusively at XEX TOKYO and XEX Nihonbashi, guests can enjoy "Neve," a refreshing dessert consisting of cream and fruit sauce topped with shaved frozen fruit, resembling light snow. A peach version will be served during the first half, followed by a mango version in the second half.
