RECXT Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture; CEO: Masaki Konoki; hereinafter "RECXT") will exhibit at the 19th Content Tokyo, a large-scale international comprehensive exhibition held from Wednesday, June 17 to Friday, June 19, 2026, at the West Exhibition Hall of Tokyo Big Sight.
This will be RECXT’s third consecutive exhibition at Content Tokyo, following participations in 2024 and 2025.
For this third year, RECXT will introduce its comprehensive media strategy support services centered on video production, including recruitment videos, branding videos, corporate PR videos, internal content, and AI video applications.
RECXT views video not merely as a deliverable product, but as a media asset designed to convey the essential value of companies and organizations to society and influence human and societal decision-making.
By consistently supporting clients from clarifying communication objectives—what to convey, to whom, and why—through concept design, planning, filming and editing, to distribution and utilization, RECXT has partnered with companies to solve challenges in recruitment, public relations, education, and branding.
At this year’s booth, RECXT will present its current position as a media consulting firm focused on video, based on the insights and achievements accumulated over three years of exhibition.

Background of Participation
In recent years, the importance of video utilization in corporate activities has rapidly increased.
Videos have become critical touchpoints across all corporate functions, including enhancing company understanding in recruitment, visualizing brand worldviews in branding, expanding awareness in PR and public relations, promoting internal education and mission alignment, and conveying corporate value in IR and sales activities.
At the same time, as more companies engage in video production, simply creating videos no longer guarantees results.
What is needed is not just “making” videos, but organizing a company’s inherent value, designing it for effective delivery to target audiences, and utilizing it as a media asset that drives tangible business outcomes.
While centered on video production, RECXT has consistently designed media strategies tailored to each client’s challenges and goals, supporting them from planning and production to operation and utilization.
RECXT’s participation in Content Tokyo 2026 is not merely an opportunity to showcase past production results and service areas. Instead, it is positioned as a platform to communicate the company’s value proposition under its newly announced medium- to long-term vision, “Impact. Or Nothing.”, aiming to advance corporate decision-making, recruitment, PR, and branding through strategic video use.

Culmination of Three Years of Consecutive Exhibitions
Since its first exhibition in 2024, RECXT has continued to participate in Content Tokyo.
In the first year, the focus was on showcasing production and creative capabilities as a video production company. In the second year, RECXT expanded its scope to include corporate video applications in recruitment, PR, SNS utilization, and AI video. Now, in 2026—the third year—RECXT will present a culmination of its media strategy support, positioning itself as a firm that designs corporate value communication from the foundation of video.

Through direct client engagement without intermediaries, RECXT has built a system that enables direct dialogue with clients, ensuring consistent alignment of objectives, decision-making, and accountability for quality.
Rather than merely accepting production orders, RECXT deeply understands each client’s challenges and goals, designs necessary creative solutions, and implements them to deliver value across a wide range of areas—including recruitment, brand communication, internal alignment, and maximizing advertising effectiveness.
This exhibition will consolidate the production capabilities, planning expertise, and media utilization skills RECXT has cultivated over the past three years, communicating the company’s current position as it moves into its next phase.
Selected Case Studies
To date, RECXT has provided media consulting and creative support centered on video production for corporations, local governments, and universities.
In recruitment, RECXT has supported the reconstruction of hiring processes by introducing on-demand videos to address HR resource constraints in traditional real-time online company presentations. By videoizing company introductions, RECXT has simultaneously improved the efficiency of event operations and enhanced job seekers’ understanding of the company.
In branding, for rebranding projects at pivotal moments, RECXT has provided end-to-end support—from organizing brand values and crafting vision statements to producing brand movies and recruitment messaging—building a seamless journey from company understanding to interest generation and application consideration.
Furthermore, by combining video production with design, advertising operations, web development, DX support, and AI utilization, RECXT has also contributed to maximizing business outcomes for e-commerce operators, clinics, and personal gyms.

CEO Statement | Masaki Konoki, Representative Director and CEO
This marks our third consecutive year exhibiting at Content Tokyo.
Over the past three years since our first exhibition, we have expanded our business scope beyond being just a video production company, evolving into a creative partner deeply involved in corporate recruitment, PR, education, and branding.
Videos are not merely for viewing. They are vital media assets that deliver a company’s or organization’s core values and communication objectives to the right audience, influencing perception and decision-making.
We aim to advance corporate value communication by working closely with clients to clarify what should be communicated, to whom, and why, and by consistently supporting them from planning through production to utilization.
At this third-year exhibition, we will present RECXT’s current position and the potential of video-centered media strategy support, as a culmination of insights and achievements gained through collaboration with over 150 clients.
We hope this event will serve as an opportunity for those facing challenges in corporate communication and creative utilization—such as with recruitment videos, branding videos, and AI video applications—to discover a new and valuable option.
