(NASDAQ: LRE, Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo) completed the sale of a total of four properties in central Tokyo – two income-generating condominiums and two long-stay hotels – in June 2026, for a total transaction value of approximately 4.4 billion yen. We believe this transaction demonstrates steady progress in our real estate investment and development business and will contribute to the expansion of our revenue base.
