FITTING TIPS ※Thong Type

– For optimal fitting –

– A slightly snug feel at the toes is good! Archies' straps are intentionally designed to be tight for gentleness on the feet.

– The unique ultra-lightweight material "Closed Cell" will gradually conform to the shape of your foot with wear. Within 2-3 days, they will fit comfortably to your feet. You might not want to take them off.

– If your toes still feel snug after wearing them for 2-3 days, you can adjust them by gently stretching the parts of the toe post (strap) that feel tight. If they feel very tight immediately upon wearing, adjust by stretching the strap at that stage. Be careful not to overstretch at this stage.

※ Stretch slowly and gradually, checking the fit after putting them on. Once stretched, they cannot be returned to their original shape, so proceed with caution.

– Regarding size selection –

For high insteps or wide feet

Archies are designed to be narrower than typical beach sandals to ensure your feet are securely held on the sole. While you can adjust the straps to fit wider or higher insteps, we recommend sizing up by one size, especially if your feet are particularly wide. *It is acceptable if the width slightly overhangs the sole as shown in the photo.

Recommended to wear "snug" if within the acceptable range

We recommend wearing them "snug" in relation to foot length so that the arch support sits in the correct position under your foot. Therefore, even if your heel overhangs slightly, it is not a problem as long as it is comfortable and the arch fits correctly. Conversely, if the sole extends too far behind your heel, you may not feel the snug fit on the sole of your foot.

For half sizes

If you fall into a half-size range, we recommend the lower size for narrower feet and the upper size for wider feet. (Individual differences apply.) If you usually choose sizes in European/American shoes with room at the toes and heel based on width, you may find that sizing down by 2 sizes is just right.
