Lit-Lite Co., Ltd. (CEO: Yuki Osako, Location: Meguro-ku, Tokyo) will open 'Palette IT Works Tachikawa,' a Type A Support Office for Continuous Employment, in Tachikawa City, Tokyo, on Friday, May 1, 2026. This is a new type of facility where participants can work while acquiring practical skills in IT, creative fields, and AI utilization applicable in real-world scenarios.
Leveraging the expertise and practical experience cultivated through group companies' solutions in PR/publicity, AI DX support, and marketing support, the facility will assist each user in building their career.
### Concept
From 'just working' to 'working with skills.'
Palette IT Works Tachikawa is not merely a place for tasks but a place to learn professional skills and foster the ability to continue working in one's own way.
### Background of Opening
In recent years, even among people with disabilities, interest and employment needs in PR skills and the IT/digital fields have been rapidly increasing. In an independent survey conducted by our company (targeting 4,256 residents of Tokyo), approximately 90% of people with disabilities showed interest in Type A facilities with IT and marketing concepts.
On the other hand, we believe that in the Tachikawa area, welfare services where individuals can work while practically learning IT and digital skills are still insufficient. Palette IT Works Tachikawa was established to meet these needs and realize a city-complete IT employment support model where one can 'live in Tachikawa and work in Tachikawa.'
Furthermore, we anticipate 'future social issues' such as anxiety about adapting to technology and feelings of loneliness caused by accelerating AI integration. By combining practical skills for professional tools and a mental foundation (human strength) nurtured by specialists, we will promote the creation of a foundation for working in one's own way even in an era of rapid change.

Method: Internet survey (in-house)
### Three Features of Palette IT Works Tachikawa
1. Acquisition of Abundant Skills and Experience
Starting from data entry and administrative tasks, users can gradually expand their skills to SNS management, image editing, design production, EC operations, and AI-related tasks. We introduce professional tools used in actual fields such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, ChatGPT, and Claude. Rather than just tool operation, we foster practical skills that work as a profession.
2. Foundation Building with Experienced Support Staff
In addition to service management managers and associate nurses, professional personnel with field experience such as designers, programmers, and HR veterans are on staff as supporters and instructors. We nurture not only hard skills like PC skills but also soft skills (human strength) such as self-management, understanding of disabilities, self-care, and communication to build a foundation for long-term work.
3. Career Design Leading to Employment
We provide a three-step support system based on skills, physical condition, and goals.
- Build (Foundation Phase): Start with basic IT tasks (data entry, etc.)
- Shape (Growth Phase): Challenge yourself to obtain qualifications while building confidence
- Expand (Expansion Phase): Step up to external projects and advanced tasks
We think about individual paths together, keeping general employment in sight.
### Practical Environment Leveraging Group Business Foundation
Our group companies develop diverse solutions such as PR/publicity support, AI DX support, marketing support, and no-code SaaS development. Through real-world projects generated from these businesses, users can hone their skills by experiencing 'real work' rather than just 'practice.'
By engaging in various tasks such as marketing operations, creative production, EC operations, and IT tasks utilizing the group's business foundation, it is possible to acquire practical skills directly linked to general employment.
