Realgate Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Yutaka Iwamoto; hereinafter "Realgate"), which develops urban real estate regeneration projects and has a track record of planning and operating over 100 projects including workplaces, hotels, and retail, will open "ECLINE," a new mixed-use facility consisting of shops and offices, in August 2026. This facility will be the 11th property planned and operated by the company in the Nakameguro/Ikejiri Ohashi area, where it has a dominant presence.

About ECLINE

ECLINE is a mixed-use facility integrating shops and offices, located in the Ikejiri Ohashi area, which is moderately distanced from the hustle and bustle of the city and has a calm atmosphere. Based on the concept of "enjoying the space that createsゆとり (leisure/comfort)," it has created a space where living and working naturally coexist, and where clothing, food, housing, and work comfortably intersect, fostering gentle connections between people, events, and the community. Leveraging the unique characteristics of Ikejiri Ohashi, which offers a calm flow of time while being close to the city center, it provides a place where one can feel "ゆとり" and "connections" in everyday moments.

In terms of design, "LINE-INC.," which handles everything from spatial design to shop production, was responsible for the design direction of the exterior, entrance, and common lounge. Artwork by painter "AICON" is placed in the common lounge. The space, where sophisticated design and art that stimulates sensibility merge, is a creative workplace that brings new inspiration to users.

Additionally, the 1F retail space is scheduled to house restaurants open to the community. For office tenants, it will not only be a place for daily refreshment but also a point of contact for the community, fostering incidental encounters with local residents. As the face of the facility, it will create a comfortable and lively atmosphere rooted in the community.

・4F Common Lounge

The 4F features a common lounge equipped with meeting rooms and phone booths. The interior, which adorns the space, incorporates original furniture brand "LINE-PRODUCTS" by "LINE-INC.," which supervises the facility's design. The space, with its sophisticated unity and comfortable, calm atmosphere, transcends a mere workspace and functions as a "third place" for switching thoughts away from the desk.
