Community Resort Relime to Rebrand as "ONSEN&SAUNA RESORT Kaihotsu no Yu" in Summer 2026

Yu Kikaku Co., Ltd. (Fukui City, Fukui Prefecture), which operates the hot spring complex health promotion facility "Community Resort Relime" (Kaihotsu, Fukui City), has decided to rename the facility "ONSEN&SAUNA RESORT Kaihotsu no Yu" for its rebranding opening in the summer of 2026.

This facility, as one of the Koshino Yu Group's establishments operating hot spring facilities inside and outside Fukui Prefecture, will be reborn as a new hot spring facility. Since its opening in 1996, the facility has been cherished by the local community. Following a business succession in November 2025, a large-scale renovation project will be carried out to enhance the facility's appeal.
Due to the construction, the facility will be closed from early May to early August 2026. After the renovation, it will provide new value as a facility where guests can more comfortably enjoy hot springs, dining, and relaxation.

The new facility, "ONSEN&SAUNA RESORT Kaihotsu no Yu," will adopt a natural and calm Nordic-inspired design, aiming for a high-quality and comfortable stay. Renovation images of the interior will be sequentially released as completion drawings.

New multiple relaxation areas will be installed inside the facility, creating an environment where a wide range of generations, including children, can spend their time comfortably. Furthermore, a new high-concentration carbonated spring will be introduced in the large public bath, providing a more fulfilling bathing experience.

In addition, the 2nd-floor restaurant will be renamed "Echizen Shunmi Kaihotsu Dining" and its menu will be completely renewed. It will offer dishes that allow guests to enjoy the seasonal flavors of local Fukui, enhancing the appeal of dining in conjunction with hot spring use. Furthermore, a new "Cafe&Bar Yururi" will be established on the 3rd floor, developing as a cafe and bar space to add color to relaxation time after using the hot springs.

In conjunction with the renovation, to accommodate more diverse usage styles, two types of pricing plans will be introduced: a 90-minute use plan and a free-time use plan. The facility aims to be a place where customers can spend their time according to their purpose, from daily use to extended stays.

New information regarding "SAUNA" included in the name, as well as details on new in-facility equipment and services, will be announced sequentially in the future.
