Birthday Benefits and Miles in One App: "Juchheim Sweets Mile App" Officially Launches July 1st

Juchheim Co., Ltd. (Head Office: 7-7-4 Minatojima Nakamachi, Chuo-ku, Kobe City; President and CEO: Hideo Kawamoto; hereinafter referred to as Juchheim) will begin offering its official app, "Juchheim Sweets Mile App," from Wednesday, July 1st.

The "Juchheim Sweets Mile App" is the official Juchheim app that can be used with your Juchheim Premium Online Shop member account. In addition to making your shopping at stores and online shops more convenient, you can also use services such as the "Juchheim Happy Birthday Club," where you receive sweets on your birthday, and "Sweets Mile®," where you can earn miles with your purchases.

To commemorate the launch, Juchheim Premium Online Shop will be holding a limited-time "Sweets Mile Debut Campaign." You can shop with 10 times the miles on all products.

"Juchheim Happy Birthday Club": A Sweet Celebration from Juchheim on Your Birthday

The "Juchheim Happy Birthday Club," which began service in 2023, will now be available as an in-app feature.

The "Juchheim Happy Birthday Club" is a service where, upon registering your birthday, we prepare sweets with special wrapping during your birthday month. You can enjoy your special birthday moments with Juchheim's sweets.

*Advance reservation and a visit to the pickup store are required to use this service.

At Juchheim, a company culture of celebrating employees' birthdays has continued since the 1960s. Currently, we present shortcakes and our standard Baumkuchen as birthday gifts, not only to the employee but also to their dependents. The "Juchheim Happy Birthday Club" was launched with the desire to extend this culture to our valued customers.

How to Receive Your Gift

1 Download the app and register as a member, including your birthday.

2 Complete your store visit reservation by the 26th of the month prior to your birthday. (Reservation Period: 15th to 26th of the month prior to your birthday)

3 Visit the store where you made your reservation and present the reservation completion screen from the app.

4 You can receive recommended Juchheim sweets, including Little Baum and Little Bake.

Pickup Start Date: Saturday, August 1, 2026 ~ *Customers born in August will be the first to be eligible.

*Customers who have already registered for the Happy Birthday Club (registered via the dedicated form before June 15, 2026) will still need to complete the registration process in the app to continue using the service.

"Sweets Mile®": Earn Miles with Your Purchases

"Sweets Mile®" is a service where you can earn miles by shopping at participating stores and the Juchheim Premium Online Shop.

Earned miles can be checked through the app and exchanged for coupons in 500 yen increments that can be used at the Juchheim Premium Online Shop.

At participating stores, you can earn miles by presenting your membership card within the app. (Current participating stores: Kobe Motomachi Main Store, Piore Akashi Store, Atre Kameido, Atre Kichijoji) Expansion to more stores is planned.

*You will earn 1 mile for every 100 yen (tax included) spent. Miles can also be earned by registering as a new member, making your first online shop purchase, or registering your favorite store.
