Mediahouse Holdings Inc. Acquires WEBOSS Inc.'s Web Advertising Operations Business

Mediahouse Holdings Inc. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Keisuke Hatouchi, hereinafter "the Company") is pleased to announce that it has entered into a business transfer agreement on February 13, 2026, to acquire the web advertising operations business conducted by WEBOSS Inc. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Sapporo, Hokkaido; Representative Director: Shinji Hayashibara, hereinafter "WEBOSS"), and that the business acquisition was completed on March 31, 2026. Through this acquisition, the Company will strengthen its marketing support system in the Hokkaido area and expand its business foundation towards the realization of its mission to "Energize Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Nationwide."

Background and Purpose of Business Acquisition

Mediahouse Holdings Inc., with its mission to "Energize Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Nationwide," operates a wide range of businesses nationwide, including marketing support, web advertising operations support, and human resource recruitment support.

On the other hand, WEBOSS has been developing its web advertising operations business, primarily in the Hokkaido and Sapporo areas, and has an extensive track record in supporting the growth of local companies.
