Mirocrea Inc. (Location: Nankoku City, Kochi Prefecture, Representative Director: Takao Ido) will significantly renew its facility maintenance cloud service "Mirocle Karte" with the on-site AI option service "Mirocle AI Maintenance Navi" by adding a voice input guidance function. Concurrently, we are developing a new AI option "Mirocle AI Analysis Report" that allows AI to interpret maintenance data accumulated on-site and instantly generate analyses required by management and the field, such as OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and failure trends.
The renewed version of "Mirocle AI Maintenance Navi" will be available starting July 1, 2026 (Wed).
"Mirocle AI Analysis Report" will be unveiled for the first time at both "Maintenance & Resilience 2026" and "TECHNO-FRONTIER 2026" exhibitions, held at Tokyo Big Sight from July 15 (Wed) to 17 (Fri), 2026.

"Mirocle AI Maintenance Navi" is an on-site AI option service that has been significantly renewed into a two-function configuration, combining a "voice input guidance" that automatically corrects and guides to correct records simply by speaking the situation into a smartphone or tablet on-site, with a "work support chat" that instantly presents troubleshooting methods based on past response history.
These two functions further accelerate the "foundation of correct records being naturally accumulated and adopted" that we explained in the previous section. Anyone can easily record because they speak the on-site situation as is, and quality is standardized because the AI corrects and guides. It becomes established in the field because troubleshooting methods can be instantly retrieved just by speaking. This virtuous cycle further strengthens the foundation of a 100% on-site adoption rate.

Analysis is instantly generated simply by selecting from over 20 industry-standard menus (OEE = Overall Equipment Effectiveness, MTBF, MTTR, Pareto, etc.), and can also be initiated in a question-to-AI format.
The generated analysis is automatically accompanied by AI-generated explanatory comments in Japanese, indicating "what this number means" and "what to do next."
Furthermore, additional questions such as "What is the difference from last month?" and "What is the reason for this equipment being an outlier?" can be asked in a chat format.
Additionally, external system data such as operating rates and sensor data can be imported via CSV, allowing it to be used as a highly versatile analysis platform beyond just the records within Mirocle Karte.
This significantly reduces preparation time for monthly meetings and creates an environment where discussions can be held based on the same data by everyone from management to field personnel.
