Background of Establishment
Representative Yutaka Arai (27) noticed that many people with creative skills were unable to find employment while running an SNS management agency and a restaurant. This led him to decide to open a Type B employment support facility.
Starting with zero qualifications or experience in welfare, the facility leveraged its strengths: work content that utilizes users' "likes" and "talents," such as SNS management, video editing, sweets manufacturing, and restaurant operations, and its central location just a 7-8 minute walk from the station. As a result, many prospective visitors came within the first month of opening.
Reasons for Progress in Cooperation with Related Organizations
Many visitors came through referrals from consultation support specialists, medical institution social workers, and ward office disability welfare staff. The following points are highly regarded:
1 Ease of Access Located a 7-8 minute walk from Hankyu and Keifuku Electric Railroad's "Omiya Station" and "Shijo-Omiya Station." Its accessibility without the need for transportation services makes it easy for referring parties to suggest.
2 Flexible Attendance Options Accommodating usage from just one day a week for short hours allows for a wide range of acceptance, from those adjusting their daily routines to those aiming for general employment.
3 Phased Support System Detailed explanations of not only the work content but also the support system, including job hunting support, retention support, collaboration with families and medical institutions, and daily interaction with staff, are also reasons for referrals.
Future Outlook
"I never expected so many people to visit for tours so soon after opening. I started without any qualifications or experience, but I feel that related organizations are gradually beginning to trust us. We will continue to provide support tailored to each user and aim to become a rooted option in the community," said Representative Director Yutaka Arai.
