"Daily Life is a Series of Nameless Dramas": Next-Gen Music Project 'BGM Girls Project' Collaborates with 'Powered by TV ~Genki Japan~'

Together, they have co-produced an original song titled "TV Miteiru Omaera Ittonnaa↑," which will be released on YouTube for two consecutive weeks on June 13 and June 20, 2026.

## About BGM Girls Project

Centered on the concept "Daily life is a series of nameless dramas," BGM Girls Project delivers lyrical background music that complements everyday moments. It is a next-generation music initiative where professionals from various fields co-create across borders.

Characters formed by lyrics, illustrations, and vocals gently accompany listeners in their daily lives. Using "script-like lyrics" that avoid over-explanation, leave room for interpretation, and refrain from definitive statements, the project subtly illuminates ordinary moments.

Aiming to create a new music culture at the intersection of IT and entertainment, the project adopts a unique approach that combines data-driven production and operations with creators' artistic sensibilities.

## About This Collaboration

In collaboration with "Powered by TV ~Genki Japan~," the project featured a segment titled "You Must Not Laugh! Short Drama Improv Battle!" During the segment, performers delivered improvised acts to the BGM Girls Project track "Cafelatte," based on the theme "A clumsy couple used to being alone, in a long-distance relationship." The studio erupted in laughter as performers showcased their vibrant personalities through spontaneous performances.

Additionally, drawing from the absurd and humorous words contributed by guests—including Hollywood Zakoshou, Hakukou Nagon, Suzuki Takuto of Drunk Dragon, Kurosaki Nako, KaJI of Seven Deuce, and EiLe of TiiiMO—on the theme of "energy drinks," BGM Girls Project lyricist Pin Pin composed an original song. The title "TV Miteiru Omaera Ittonnaa↑" was coined by Hollywood Zakoshou.
