Mercuria Holdings Co., Ltd. announced that its group company, Mercuria (Thailand) Co., Ltd., has signed a joint venture agreement with Toshin Development Co., Ltd. (a consolidated subsidiary of Takashimaya Co., Ltd.) and Bcons Construction Investment Joint Stock Company, a Vietnamese real estate developer. The partnership will undertake two residential development projects located in the extension area of Ho Chi Minh City's Urban Railway Line 1.
