About the CRT Japan Committee Survey

This survey was conducted from December 10, 2025, to January 31, 2026, based on an evaluation method developed by the CRT Japan Committee through repeated discussions with supervising organizations, registered support organizations, companies, and experts.

Twenty-two organizations responded to a total of 21 questions (17 of which were subject to evaluation) covering support systems for technical intern trainees and foreign workers with specified skills, consideration for human rights, and compliance status. Against a perfect score of 48 points, the overall average was 19.1 points.

Among them, our company scored 34.1 points, recording the highest score among the 22 participating organizations. Even among the top-ranking organizations, we received a relatively high evaluation.

We were highly evaluated particularly for items such as setting acceptance standards for employers, proper management of the number of people supported per staff member, systematic fostering of human rights understanding, and awareness and practice of the UN "Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights." Our company's initiatives were positioned as potentially becoming an advanced guideline in the industry.

Comment from Max Co., Ltd.

Max Co., Ltd. has been engaged in the employment, introduction, and proposal of foreign human resources for 27 years since its founding, under the philosophy of "Connecting people, companies, and countries to create joy."

We accept the result of receiving the number one evaluation in this assessment as recognition of the accumulated efforts continuously and sincerely made by each Japanese and foreign staff member, ranging from not only recruitment support for foreign talent but also to the development of working environments and lifestyle support.

At the same time, we do not rest on this evaluation and strongly recognize our responsibility to further strive to improve service quality and continue to provide valuable support to both client companies and foreign talent.

Aiming to realize a multicultural cohesive society in Japan, we will continue to provide one-stop support for companies considering the recruitment, employment, and retention of foreign human resources, and foreign nationals who harbor hopes of working in Japan.

Furthermore, as the transition from the technical intern training program to the "training employment program" progresses, we will respond to increasingly diverse and sophisticated needs, and provide optimal solutions based on the knowledge and track record we have cultivated so far to companies facing challenges in accepting foreign talent.

Positioning this evaluation as a new starting point, we will continue to take on challenges and evolve so that we can become an entity that can also contribute to the development of the entire industry.
