1. Focus on actual job content to understand differences between roles

This seminar focuses specifically on 'job content' within the food industry. The Sales Track covers the frontline of food business, while the Production & Manufacturing Track focuses on food production. Participants will learn about the characteristics and responsibilities of each role. This content helps uncover the real nature of jobs that cannot be understood from company names alone.

2. Compare multiple companies quickly to broaden industry perspective

In addition to 20-minute company presentations, the event includes quick Q&A sessions and panel discussions, enabling participants to compare job differences across multiple companies at once. By comparing companies within the same job function, attendees can gain a clearer understanding of the overall industry landscape and identify job directions that suit them.

3. Attend both days to gain a more three-dimensional understanding of the food industry

Participating in both sessions provides insight into the frontlines of the food industry, enabling a more comprehensive and multi-faceted understanding—not only of job differences but also of the industry as a whole.

4. Networking opportunities with participating companies

The program includes job-focused company presentations, quick Q&A, and panel discussions. The final 30-minute panel discussion is optional and allows direct interaction with company representatives to deepen understanding.
