Introduction to the Release of Toshiki Iida's Cover Album on April 22: Showa Masterpiece Cover Collection Vol.1 'MY SONG'

(Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo / Representative Director: Masatoshi Aoki), will make his major release from 'Anchor Records', a label of the major music publisher Nichion Inc. (TBS Group) (Distributed by Sony Music). Toshiki Iida, who has been active based in the Kansai region, is a highly talked-about artist whose unique expressive power and worldview have attracted attention, leading to a scramble for his acquisition within the industry. He is a multi-talented individual who also works as a singer-songwriter, illustrator (caricaturist), and beauty advisor. In this project, realized through a tag team between My Song and Nichion, the new album Showa Masterpiece Cover Collection Vol.1 'MY SONG' will be released from Anchor Records. This work brings out new charm by layering Toshiki Iida's delicate and emotional singing voice over a selection of masterpieces carefully chosen from Nichion's vast music catalog. The 'Showa Kayo Concert' organized by My Song is a popular series that mobilizes a total of 100,000 people across approximately 200 performances a year. Backed by the track record and know-how built by its core group, 'THE Quartet', Toshiki Iida will be fully produced as a 'new star candidate' for these concerts in 2026. The album title 'MY SONG' contains the meaning of 'my own song' along with the desire for it to be 'a song that stays close to the life of each person who listens'.
