Vector HD Partners with V-Spirits Group of Tax Accountants to Strengthen Sales System for Supporting Corporate DX Promotion and Security Measures

Vector Holdings Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Miwako Iwai; hereinafter "Vector HD") has entered into an agreement with V-Spirits General Research Institute Co., Ltd., the core consulting firm of the V-Spirits Group of Tax Accountants (Headquarters: Toshima-ku, Tokyo; Representative: Hirotsugu Nakano; hereinafter "V-Spirits Group"). This partnership aims to strengthen the sales system for "Vector Sign," our cloud-based electronic contract service, and "AppGuard," a next-generation endpoint security product we handle, in order to support corporate DX promotion and cybersecurity measures. We will leverage the V-Spirits Group's network for sales activities.

In recent years, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and growing companies have been digitizing their back-office operations due to labor shortages and the need for operational efficiency. Simultaneously, the sophistication of cyberattacks has increased the importance of information security measures.
